As far as I can tell it reads "CHURCH OF THE ___________". The church is somewhere in LEWISHAM, LONDON. The name of the church was written twice on the certificate, so I've put both examples here.

It looks to me like "6 GARDEN ROW", but I can't find any address in the area that resembles this; any ideas?
